It’s THE rock concert of this year’s Festival. Twisted, dark and noisy, the diehards in Girl Band strike hard and share their radical vision of guitar-based rock’n’roll.
Girl Band skims the fat off, boils down and extracts the heart of the matter. With their second album released last September, the four Irishmen have toughened up, removing any superfluous notion from their music. Even if their tracks are now less bouncy than previously, the ghost of techno and industrial music is still there as if to refocus their priorities. “What’s important is not how you fall, but how you land”: You won’t leave the Girl Band experience unscathed… Enjoy a devastating post-punk show in a food hall!
